If you need to get an appointment and there are none available online, it is a painful process. Not only does it take forever to actually get through, you are then greeted by quite unhelpful staff and then only to find you have to ring back the following day as all appointments have gone. When you actually get an appointment, on most occasions you're then kept waiting in excess of 20 minutes for your appointment - despite signs around the surgery informing patients that if you're more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, you would need to reschedule. Please consider your working patients. We don't have the luxury of being able to sit on the phone for ages to try and make an appointment or have the option of being able to take in excess of an hour out of work waiting to be seen. I appreciate there has been a high number of turnover in the last few years, but there's no need to let the practice go to pot. I have been with the surgery since being born so have seen the changes. My personal opinion is that with the increase in residents in Ashford, the surgery has taken on more patients that they can handle - the answer: either stop taking on more patients or increase the number of doctors available.

We have been with studholm three years now. Mixed reactions as sometimes the receptionists are helpful other times they can rather abrupt. One doctor in particular should be named Dr Hasafa as her kindness, care and listening ethic is brilliant. She is an exceptional doctor.

the surgery has been through a rough patch with long term doctors retiring and with doctors leaving. I feel that things are now back on track .I have no problems getting an appointment when needed but then I'm not one of those patients that seems to go once or twice a week !

I find the receptionists very helpful but its not very easy to get an appointment as you have to call at 8am on the day but as I work 6 - 11am this is very difficult for me, the surgery is always clean and tidy

Appointments extremely difficult to get...telephone appointment request for Dr Bortey told first available in 11 days time...receptionist Tina extremely abrupt and doesn't listen to caller...misinformation given for one week trying to speak with Jackie Mold...never available and then told on holiday... Surgery extremely dirty especially toilet areas.
